Office 2013 low quotation mark missing

In Office 2013 if you have old document formatted with lower quotation amrks in previous Office versions and now it appears replaced by Upper quotation mark. To work around You can replace some unused key to use it as low quotation mark. I use "|". It appears in all intl keyboards and is used only by programmers.

1)Turn off "AutoFormat as You Type"

Uncheck box

File>Options>Proofing>AutoFormat As You Type > "Straight quotes" with "smart quotes"

2) Add new replacement

File>Options>Proofing>AutoCorrect
Replace  | with  „„
Now pressing | will appear low quota
